HiEmpact Sculpt Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all HiEmpact Sculpt Memberships offered by Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic.
By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and over.
All treatments are subject to consultation, assessment, and clinical suitability. Membership does not guarantee treatment eligibility.
Membership Inclusions
Membership benefits vary depending on the selected membership level and may include:
- HiEmpact Sculpt treatment sessions
- IV Nutrient Therapy sessions
- Member-exclusive pricing
- Priority booking access
- Promotional member benefits
Membership inclusions may change from time to time.
Minimum Membership Term
All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of six (6) months unless otherwise specified in writing.
Membership fees remain payable throughout the minimum term regardless of attendance or utilisation of services.
Direct Debit Payments
Membership payments are processed automatically through our payment provider, Ezidebit.
By joining a membership, you authorise Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic and Ezidebit to debit your nominated account or payment method for:
- Membership fees
- Transaction fees
- Processing fees
- Failed payment fees
- Outstanding balances
Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the scheduled debit date.
Additional Processing Fees
Membership fees advertised by Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic do not include applicable third-party payment processing fees.
Additional fees may apply depending on the selected payment method, including:
- Direct debit transaction fees
- Credit card surcharges
- Debit card surcharges
- Failed payment fees
- Ezidebit administration fees
These fees may vary from time to time and are payable by the member.
Appointment Bookings
Membership treatments are subject to appointment availability.
We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure preferred dates and times.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, unattended appointments, or repeated late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booked treatment session.
Membership Suspension
Memberships may be suspended for medical reasons at the discretion of Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic.
Requests must be submitted in writing and may require supporting medical documentation.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.
Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or modify treatment recommendations where treatment is considered medically inappropriate or unsafe.
Treatment Results
Individual results vary.
HiEmpact Sculpt is designed to support muscle activation, conditioning, and strengthening as part of a structured treatment program.
HiEmpact Sculpt is not a weight-loss treatment and does not replace:
- Exercise
- Healthy nutrition
- Lifestyle modification
- Medical treatment
No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
Early Cancellation During Minimum Term
If a member requests cancellation before completing the minimum membership term, Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic reserves the right to recover:
- Promotional discounts provided
- Membership discounts already utilised
- Outstanding membership balances
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days written notice.
Written cancellation requests must be sent to the clinic location where the membership was established.

Membership payments remain payable during the 30-day notice period.
No refunds are provided for unused membership periods.
Changes to Membership Terms
Cosmetic Doctors Skin and Hair Clinic reserves the right to amend membership pricing, inclusions, benefits, and Terms and Conditions upon providing reasonable notice.
Privacy
Personal information collected as part of membership administration is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with Ezidebit and other service providers where required for payment processing and membership administration.
