The Fotona 4D laser treatment addresses skin laxity, deep lines, pigmentation, and surface texture across four carefully sequenced steps — each targeting a progressively different depth of the skin. Unlike single-modality treatments that work on one layer at a time, Fotona 4D works simultaneously from the inside out, stimulating the skin’s own collagen regeneration at every level of the dermis.
As we age, the body’s natural collagen production declines by approximately 1% per year — leading to gradual loss of skin firmness, volume, and elasticity. The Fotona 4D laser treatment begins intraorally inside the mouth where controlled laser energy immediately initiates the collagen tightening process around the jawline and perioral region. This step may soften the appearance of nasolabial folds and lines around the mouth through collagen stimulation.
