Prepaid Treatments & Package Policy

1. Patient-Specific Packages

All prepaid treatments and packages are:

  • Issued to a specific named patient
  • Linked to that patient’s clinical record
  • Based on individual medical suitability

Prepaid treatments and packages are strictly non-transferable to any other person.

2. Non-Refundable

All prepaid treatments and packages are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Not exchangeable for credit

Change of mind, personal circumstances, or unused sessions do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

3. Treatment Changes

Requests to alter, swap, or convert prepaid treatments to alternative services will be considered at the sole discretion of management.

If approved:


  • Services will be recalculated at the clinic’s current full standard pricing
  • Any promotional or package pricing may be forfeited
  • Additional payment may be required


Approval is not guaranteed.

4. Validity & Expiry

All prepaid treatments and packages must be utilised within 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

After 12 months:

  • Unused sessions will automatically expire
  • No extensions will be granted, except in documented medical circumstances at management discretion
  • Expired sessions are forfeited and cannot be reinstated

5. Record Verification

Only prepaid treatments supported by a verified financial transaction and recorded within the clinic’s official management system will be recognised as valid.

Undocumented arrangements or informal notes cannot be relied upon without supporting financial records.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
